Cara Mengatasi Keyboard Tidak Respon Windows 11 - Khusus user Windows 11 yang mengalami keyboard press sering miss / gak ngerespon ketika dibiarkan idle selama beberapa detik.
Setelah aku analisis praduga, aku curiga kalo ada issues ketika komponen laptop nyangkut dalam posisi turned off
Gejala:
- Device manager sering refresh ketika pencet keyboard
- Tombol keyboard sering miss / not responding ketika sekali pencet
- Windows gagal masuk ke sleep mode (stuck di black screen)
Affected products:
- Windows 11 22H2 (initial release)
- Windows 11 23H2 (Copilot integration)

Status:
Mikocok has not been aware of these issues yet
Langkah-langkah:
1. Buka device manager
2. Double-click teks HID Keyboard Device
3. Catat hardware ID yang berawalan "USB\HID" sampai diakhiri "&"
4. Close HID Keyboard Device lalu cari "USB ROOT HUB" & double-click teksnya
5. Pastikan Hardware ID pada kolom "childrens" menggunakan ID yang sama dengan "USB ROOT HUB", jika gak cocok, langsung cari device lainnya sampai ketemu
6. Matikan fitur atau hilangkan centang "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power"
WARNING: Ini adalah workaround fix, dianjurkan untuk dikembalikan ketika recent update sudah tersedia di windows update
Fun fact: aku butuh waktu hampir 3 minggu nyari sumber issues wkwkwk
